Dr. Phil tonight grilled and disparaged a woman named Maria on his show who chose to relinquish custody of her children to their father when they divorced.  She maintained that she only did what the majority of fathers do in a divorce.  Dr. Phil did his very best to try to make her feel guilty for her decision, and even allowed an audience member to tape an unfortunate tirade expressing her disapproval of what Maria had done.  See some of the show's content here: http://www.drphil.com/slideshows/slides … versionID=
I find this double-standard to be so epidemic, that it makes what K.I.D.S. is trying to do all the more vital.  Why do the same people who think women can do anything men can do, not comprehend that the reverse is also equally true?
